DELIVERY INFORMATION

Please note all items are hand made to order by me. Depending on the item, it will take between 1-4 weeks to complete. Once the jewellry will be ready, your order will be dispatched using the shipping method you choose.

Sometimes I have items in stock (check the ready-to-ship section for in stock items which can be shipped within 48 hrs). If you need your item in a rush or by a specific date, please get in touch and see if I can make your deadline (I usually can!)

SHIPPING COSTS

You will receive a tracking number via email once your item has shipped.

Italia
Standard Tracked Shipping € 10.00 Flat Rate (2-4 business days)
Express Tracked Shipping € 20.00 Flat Rate (1-2 business days)

Europe
Standard Tracked Shipping- €15.00 – €20.00 (2-4 business days)
Express Tracked Shipping- €25.00 – €35.00 (1-2 business days)

Rates & timeframes will vary depending on your location, this will be calculated at checkout.

Delivery time frames are estimates provided by the postal company and I cannot be accountable for late deliveries caused by the postal system or delays through customs. 

International purchases may incur taxes and duties applied by customs in the recipient’s country. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. To determine exactly what these charges may be, please contact your local customs office.
